CodeGreen.org is a blockchain-agnostic non-profit with a focused mission to deliver open source, interoperable, and scalable solutions to address the climate crisis and other global challenges. Our team has been carefully selected with deep interdisciplinary capabilities in computer science, carbon trading, climate policy, and financial markets. Using distributed ledger technology to overcome trust barriers and enable inclusive collaboration, we strive towards creating a more equitable future.
Neil is a blockchain and sustainable finance expert who was instrumental in developing the early markets for carbon and renewable energy. Neil's recent innovations have been collaborations with the World Bank to build the Climate Warehouse on a public blockchain, with Costa Rica to deliver a blockchain-enabled climate registry, and with the IFC to structure a standardized Carbon Token. These systems are foundational infrastructure for climate finance, with a goal of accelerating the transition to a more equitable global economy.
Harry is a MIT computer scientist who focuses on leveraging blockchain technology to solve real-world challenges. He co-founded Hashgreen, a web3 solutions company that develops on green blockchains and assisted Chia in building core infrastructure for tokenized asset lifecycles.
Schrasing is a member of the Decentralized Information Group at MIT and the other co-founder of Hashgreen. He is an experienced solution architect and product manager who transforms business insights into technical solutions to foster a scalable and inclusive climate ecosystem.
