 FAQ/KnowledgeBase Overview
Fully Integrated Solution:  Like most of our web products and services, CG Knowledge Base is a hosted application that resides on our servers but is seamlessly integrated with your site content.  Visitors never leave your trusted site and brand, and the look/feel/style of the FAQs are customized to look like the rest of your web content.
Category Navigation
Easy Category Navigation:  At the top-level, all question and answer "articles" are organized by category, each category has a description and article count, giving visitors an easy and intuitive way to look for the information they need.
Article Lists and Previews
Article Level Navigation:  Inside each category is a list of all the Q&A articles in that category, complete with a 'teaser' of the answer, ratings from other visitors, and a link to the article.
Advanced Search
Search Based Navigation:  Rather than navigating through the category/article hierarchy, visitors can also do detailed keyword based searches to find all articles covering exactly the topic of interest.  Results include links to related articles.
Article Display
Q&A/Article Display:  When articles are displayed, they also include printable views, an article email option, article rating, and a list of related articles.
Document Attachments
Attaching Documents:  Articles can easily include attached documents such as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files, MS Word and Excel files, images, and more. Attachements are highlighted and boldly linked at the bottom of the article.
Email Articles
Email Forward to a Friend:  All Q&A/Articles can be easily forwarded via email through the system. This is a great convenience for site visitors and service reps alike.  If someone has a question, this makes it simple to get the answer to their inbox within a few clicks.
Print and Rate
Other Article Features:  Visitors can also very easily print, email, and rate articles right from the article display screen.  This is helpful for both site visitors and service reps in your branch to hand out a hard copy right from your website.
Ask a New Question
Ask a Question/Visitor Feedback:  The 'contact' system allows visitors to ask you any questions that they feel are not covered by the articles and FAQs included in your system.  You can use this information to reply directly to that visitor, and to then expand the coverage of your FAQs.
